He possessed a superpower, the worst of all: that of invisibility. Bunny was a really nice dog, neglected by the world. No one tried to look at him, as if he did not exist. But then a good-hearted guy observed him and chose to take him under his care.
Without understanding what had occurred to him in his past life, he pitied him: who had tarnished him in such circumstances? He walked the streets without goal or home. He was at the mercy of convulsions and definitely did not look comforting. Urgent intervention, allocated to an expert in the area, had to be done as quickly as feasible.
Instead of walking away from him, like many others had done before him, he took matters into his own hands. He struggled alone to guarantee him the essential therapy to survive. The first step was to take Bunny to a veterinarian clinic to undertake the proper testing.
The diagnostic indicated that he had intestinal atony or nonexistent intestinal peristalsis. Owing to this circumstance, it was hard for him to meet his demands and hence his abdomen was enlarged.
The procedure proceeded successfully and already after three days the dog was displaying fantastic indicators. His survival instinct had aided him through the delicate mending process. In the following days he continued to show growth, with a strong battling spirit.
Anybody who had previously turned to him and now, having discovered a pleasant face, had an ulterior aim to collect strength. On the other side, the savior would have done anything to keep him safe, including running 250km with him in his arms.
Each of them gave each other strength and bravery, until, on the 20th day of hospitalization at the clinic, the physicians gave the OK for discharge, the joyful ending. Fido met a family eager to guarantee him complete support, confident in the potential of recovery, despite the pretty critical image.
By the time he left the building he had changed drastically, both artistically and in his confidence. Such stories always fill the heart!
