Rocco, a puppy found in serious condition on the side of a road in Seville three weeks ago, was saved and brought to our hospital for immediate treatment. He was diagnosed with four dreadful diseases: leptospirosis, anaplasmosis, leishmaniasis, and filariasis, also known as heartworm sickness. Rocco’s health has improved significantly since arriving at our hospital, and we are pleased to bring you an update that we are confident you will enjoy.
We can’t help but be grateful for the efforts of animal rescue organisations like ours as we watch Rocco recuperate. We are Spain, a rescue and rehabilitation organisation for animals in need. Our work include rescuing animals abandoned, tormented, and abused by people who do not deserve to live. We publicise our animal rescue activities on YouTube and Facebook, demonstrating how we save the animals, bring them to the hospital, and give them the care they require to recuperate.
Our videos are simple, but they have touched the hearts of millions of people around the world. The public’s response has been amazing, and it has motivated us to continue rescuing animals in need. However, we are struggling to make ends meet, as do many other animal rescue organisations. This year has been especially trying for us. Families are finding it hard to make ends meet as a result of the prolonged war in Ukraine, which has a negative impact on European economies.
Many people have stopped donating to us and other organisations, limiting our ability to care for the animals in our care. We remain committed to these animals and will continue to rescue and rehabilitate them. We are aware that many of our supporters have been with us for more than a decade and are also going through difficult times. It is hard for us to beg for your help, but we must do so for the sake of the animals who require our assistance.
We must take care of them, but we cannot do so alone. Please consider making a donation to our organisation, no matter how small. We can continue to make a difference and save more lives with your help.We recognise that times are harsh and that many people may be unable to donate. There are, however, alternative ways to help. You can share our videos on social media, talk about our organisation with your friends and family, and offer your time to help us in any way you can.
Every animal we save serves as a reminder of the need of animal rescue organisations. We know personally how much of a difference we can make in the lives of animals when we have the resources and support to do so. The animals we rescue are more than simply animals; they are sentient creatures who need to be loved, cared for, and respected. Rocco’s recovery demonstrates that by working together, we can save lives against all odds. We are really grateful for your support, and we hope that you will continue to support us as we work to make a difference in the lives of animals in need.
