When we hear tales about animals being treated horribly by individuals who should be providing care, respect, and affection, as well as liberty and nourishment, our souls are on a knife’s edge.

Volunteers from Ft Wayne Pet Therapy and Control in Indiana, United States of America, described a worrisome situation. For a long period, a canine was imprisoned in a tiny cage and denied food and water.
An investigation is ongoing, according to officials, to locate the person or individuals guilty for such a heinous act.
” When we found him, he was standing still. I’m not sure how long he’s had to be hungry and thirsty. For the puppy, though, it was an infinity. “We will not rest until we discover who or what was responsible,” said the rescuers.
Which reproduce the inept, helpless pup belongs to has yet to be identified with confidence. It appears to be a male Beagle or a Brittany Spaniel mix. He’d have to be at least a year old, according to the veterinarians.
Simultaneously, investigations are ongoing to get further information on the person in care of the pet and to begin the appropriate legal proceedings.
” The dog has progressed far enough. We merely hope that his abduction is apprehended and punished, and that such incidents do not occur again,” they said.
And, the truth is, we also plan to discover someone who had the misfortune of keeping this horrible dog in such a deplorable situation, devoid of food, water, and the desire to survive. He is, thankfully, recovering enough to be accepted into a real home and, finally, to live.
